This weeks Craving Ellie in my Belly is Sesame Stir Fried Chinese Greens and was chosen by Joanne of Apple Crumbles.

This dish is no looker. Unfortunately for cabbage, when served warm it is just limp and sorry looking. (sorry cabbage, it has to be said). However, it was quite simply delicious. I used green Napa cabbage because we are not fans of bok choy. The sauce IS this recipe, and it consisted of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and toasted sesame oil. I love the flavor of sesame oil and it really shines through in this dish. I would certainly make this again, and I would use this sauce with other stir fries, and maybe even as a dipping sauce. The cabbage cooks up in minutes and I served it with some BBQ chicken and oven baked French fries. Yum, a tasty and easy dinner. My favorite. :p
