Tuesdays with Dorie: World Peace Cookies (Chocolate Sable Cookies)

This week’s Tuesdays with Dorie is World Peace Cookies and was chosen by Jessica of Cookbook Habit.

These cookies are essentially chocolate sable cookies accented with some lovely fleur de sel. Dorie says they are the brainchild of French pastry genius Pierre Herme. It just so happens that this week we are also talking about good ole’ Pierre in Nick’s posts on our recent battle brioche. We are the proud owners of La Patisserie De Pierre Herme , so we know that Pierre knows what’s up.
